"The people answering the phones don’t seem to care about patients. They insist on patients logging in to a portal instead of having a provider give results. I have called several times since last week asking about test results and they keep answering as if the only way to get results is through portal and that you (in my case new patient) should know better than to call and ask. "If you’re looking for a doctor with incompetent staff then look no further. I was looking for a new Doctor’s office and chose Dr Orsak office. Showed up after 6 day wait to my appointment 30 minutes to be told, my insurance didn’t list them as a PCP (Primary Care Provider) but, I could pay full price if I wanted to see doctor. The front desk didn’t verify info just told me I couldn’t see doctor. ..."
