"Most horrible health care worker. She should not be working with people who are seeking medical treatment. She is a liar and provides no beneficial service to this business. I was waiting and waiting for my appt. info for severe back pain (which required major back surgery) and she never gave it to me. She caused myself and the PA to miss each other for days and then she straight-faced lied about ..."
