"Terrible office management! One woman manager says your insurance has covered the procedure and then you get another call and a guy manager tells you you're not covered at all and then he says they want a $50 payment that was not mentioned at all in the beginning. I had paperwork from my job and he refused to fill it out. Very annoying and unorganized office. Don't bother going there it's confusing. ..."

"I went to Dr. Flugrad for a procedure and I have no complaints about him at all. The woman who does billing is why I will never go back to this dentist. I verified with my insurance that I have no copay and no deductible yet one of the staff members told me that I have to pay a $50 copay for the next visit. After that, I called my insurance again and they pretty much called the office to explain ..."

"I've been going to Dr. Flugrad for many years. OI was always deathly afraid of dentist and oral surgeons. He is the most compassionate caring funny surgeon I've ever met. I literally look forward to going he makes me feel comfortable and not once has he ever done any work on me where I felt any type of pain. He just pulled 18 teeth and put upper and lower dentures in all at the same ..."
