"I went to see Dr. Rubin for a second opinion on my arrhythmia and a possible pacemaker implant. I was extremely nervous and felt as if I didn't have all the information and have been rushed to make decisions. He was very patient, compassionate, and friendly. He took all his time to explain to me the problem, the available options, and the best one for my case. He answered my questions in great detail. I left his office with full confidence. He followed up with test results over the phone, as soon as he got them. I feel lucky to have met such a health provider."
