"My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Cotter for 8+ years. Never ever did either of us have a complaint. The staff treats us with such kindness and respect. Even though it is at least a 2 hour trip, one way, from W. VA. we don't mind it at all. My husband recently had a scare with his left eye, and even though he was being sent to some one closer from the VA Hospital after a call to Dr. Cotter he made time to see him and let us know what we were looking at. When we told him who we were seeing , just knowing he knew them made it easier for us to trust them. Because he will have numerous trips we will continue to see them here in W. VA as long as we feel confident going there. But it is hard, because no one has ever treated us as good as they do at Vistar Eye Center. Can't wait to see them again in Aug. Thank you Dr. Cotter and your wonderful team."
