Dr. Frank D. Carano, DDS, AGDF Dr. Carano especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry by helping people to feel better about their smile. Dr. Carano has been in private practice in Lancaster since 1987, and has now established his third office location due to the support and confidence of his patients and staff. Dr. Carano’s personal philosophy is to provide the best possible dental care for each patient that is most personally appropriate for that person. His academic and clinical achievements were further recognized by membership in all five honor clubs representing the specialty field of dentistry. Selected for post-graduate residency training at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA. …where he was named the “Outstanding Resident of the Year,” and gaining appointment to the hospital staff. Served in the U.S. Navy for four years. Member in good standing with the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, PA Dental Association, Lancaster County Dental Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. In 1989 he was awarded the Prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry in recognition for his achievements in continuing education, and his dedication to life-long learning to ensure the best possible care for his patients.
