"Lacks any form of proper bedside manner. Unable to diagnose my condition. Made horrible statements in the hospital room regarding my health history while my family was present. My family then insisted I self-discharge from Kuakini Hospital experience. My health insurance paid more than $24K to Kuakini and Dr Mercado for this horrible experience. "
