"Dr. Ngo, UTSW, was training a resident, Dr. Watson, the day I was having a 2-hour procedure. I had been told by another anesthesiologist to always request a glide scope because I was hard to intubate. I did so and listened while Dr. Ngo explained why I was hard to intubate. But they did not use the right device which I had requested and proceeded to ram the intubation tube down my throat, forced ..."
