"1. First, I didn't need a root canal, I just needed to have my amalgam changed. 2. I completely damage the grinding wheel, the mill both outside and inside leaving a large gap. 3. He inserted the needles to supposedly do the root canal but he hurt me for almost an hour and a half, in addition to making me open my mouth all that time until I ripped my lips on the sides. 4. As he did not find the channel after an hour and a half, he covered me with a resin and asked me to make another appointment (more money) 5. When he made the other appointment, he put all those long needles back in, did not find the root and therefore broke my jaw bone a little when he put in a lot of devices to find the root that he did not find. 6. By making so many holes in the gum and breaking a piece of the jaw bone, he caused me to have a worse infection. 7. As that day the endodontics did not finish, and I wanted more appointments and after I saw that it seemed that he did not know what he was doing, he never ...

Instead of changing a simple amalgam in a tooth, he made me unnecessary procedures, making me make several appointments, I imagine to be able to charge insurance for those appointments and all those unnecessary procedures that what he did was to do me physical and mental damage. Thanks to that unfortunate negligent, I lost my tooth and it hurts more than a year with that infection. 9. "Words alone merely cannot express how appreciative I am of Dr. Mir and his team at the 18th Street Dental Office. I contacted the office via email on Saturday indicating I had a broken tooth and was wondering how soon could I get an appointment to remedy this crisis/issue. Dr. Mir returned my email the same day offering me an appointment the following Monday morning. When I arrived, I was greeted in a warm and welcoming environment from his entire staff. The front office team were professional and treated me with the utmost respect. Troy greeted me with the biggest smile as he has been a part of this office for over two decades. Yes, that is how long I have been a patient with this office and have known Troy. Troy talked about how much he loved this team. What was even more impressive is Mr. Mir greeted me as if he had known me for years. I have been a patient at this office for years but I was a patient of one of his partners who is no longer at the location. This team minus Troy have been there for maybe four years now. Dr. Mir was informative and thoroughly explained all options to me during this visit. The work he performed was painless and was done with ease. He was incredidle. He returned my crisis into an incredible smile. There was no way I could end a good day without acknowledging how grateful I am to Dr. Mir and the entire 18th Street Dental team.
