"I took my mother there a few yrs ago. He was very rude and cold. Almost didn't care to know what her ailment was and proceeded to clean her ears without regard for her neck pain. She had neck stenosis. I tried to tell him to be sort of careful and he could care less. No response. Almost irritated that it took her a little but to get comfortable in his chair. She was was elderly. Never again!!!"

"Went for a visit for a sore on my tongue hoping to get a biopsy. Had a biopsy a year ago Dr. Hart aggressively threw the paper on my lap. Asked what was going on I just had a biopsy a year ago. Looks in my mouth told me to wait until my blood test come back from my family physician he did not want to do a biopsy until those results come back. I asked what the ear pain was from he said not the tongue and told me to stop taking the anabiotic my doctor gave me because there was no infection she was wrong. I found out months later he wrote in my chart that I refused a biopsy which is not true this is the whole reason why I went there. After I left his office I scheduled a appointment in Baltimore. Because I was tired of dealing with the phonies in Frederick. I was diagnosed with cancer. If Dr. Hart just would’ve done his job and not push me away and lie in his charting. "

"I want to see Dr Hart due to tinnitus. He was not friendly and helpful. He did not welcome questions and discussion. He basically told me to go on a 2 week vacation. He overlooked to check medications I was taking. One of them has side effect that may cause tinnitus. "
