"Dr. Vatianou is my eye professional of choice for the last 15 years. I've referred friends & family to his practice. Each visit and interaction is professional, caring, and personal. He worked well to meet my wants, needs, and preferences. He's my favorite health professional. I cannot recommend him more highly. "

"Discriminatory optometrist, aggressive staff. Dr Vatianou refused me service. He wrote me a 6 month prescription based off my past exams. I asked for a 12 month prescription, which he refused while simultaneously denying me service. When I questioned his refusal, he replied, "because I'm the doctor, that's why I won't write it for 12 months." All the while, he wouldn't even look me in eyes and couldn't get back to shut his office door quickly enough. This coming from a man whom I've seen the past couple years and shared stories with about our respective children. It was an utterly dehumanizing experience and I left in tears."
