"Friendly professional staff, short wait in office and Dr Bontemps himself is top notch. Thorough examination and clear explanation of both procedure and finances. Colonoscopy at Bardmoor went smoothly and overall very confident that I was well served. Definitely recommended."

" Although my primary gave me a referral to see Dr Bontemps, they wanted me to go to another location and pick some other doctor because their excuse was “that although the doctor that did your colonoscopy 12 years ago is not with our group anymore, (so there is no conflict of interest as the doctor does not handle patients that have been seen before by a partner) you can’t see this doctor, but rather just to go to the “location” that I did it and just pick someone else! Quite unbelievable ;and what’s blowing me away is the nasty, horrible and condescending attitude of the office manager (Tasha) that thinks she’s calling the shots for the doctor. Her response to why I have to go to another location and pick someone else despite the fact that the referral says Dr Bontemps,was that because we talked about it too much and the doctor picks his patients. Hey Dr, you really have the wrong people running your office. Her attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional.. horrible experience.."
