"I believe this provider needs to... - I believe this provider needs to take a course in active listening. He was dismissive when I had something to say. I have also brought up concerns about the medication he has me on and his answer was, "it's the only one I can prescribe". This was even after I mentioned another med that I have taken in the past that has worked very well for the issue."
