Dr. Ernest Hatfield Neighbor, MD

General orthopedics with interest focused on orthopedic trauma and conditions of the foot and ankle, Dr. Neighbor received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, which is where he also earned his medical degree. An internship was performed at the University of Kansas Medical Center, followed by his residency in the Department of Surgery. Ernest Neighbor, M.D. has board certification with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and American Board of Law in Medicine. In addition to Dr. Neighbor's medical education, he has earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as serving as a captain in the United States Air Force. Societies Dr. Neighbor has maintained memberships in include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Kansas Medical Society, Mid-Central States Orthopedic Society, Wyandotte County Medical Society, American College of Legal Medicine, and Metropolitan Missouri Medical Society.
