"Dr.Boyd is very nice and kind even though i was poor"

"Dr. Boyd was very professional and treated me in the emergency room very quickly. She had good bedside manner was very thorough and through good communication was able to diagnose me with shingles by only seeing one tiny spot. I had severe abdominal pain and before running a lot of tests she examined me closely and was accurate in Her diagnosis."

"Erin released several videos poking fun at people who don't have PCP's and using the ER when they're caught in a rut with their insurance. What she posted lacked empathy for a patient and disregard for any life without acknowledgement that the American Health care system might be the problem, and not the patient. I find her video she posted to be really mean, in poor taste, and I don't think she has her patient's best interest in mind. "
