"Horrible bedside manner for severely Ill family member with covid. Told him he had a 10 % chance of surviving intubation with no updates on what the next steps were and NEVER notified us family to let us know what was going on or what she was telling him without any sense of hope or encouragement. Made our family member feel hopeless and a lost cause from the one person in charge of his care. Thank ..."
