Dr. Erik Kilgore obtained his Medical Degree at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology as well as a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He comes to the Vancouver area from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock where he served as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Chief of the Nuclear Medicine section.
certification by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Kilgore is also certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. His specific interests are Oncology Imaging and Positron Emission Tomography. Dr. Kilgore is currently the secretary/treasurer of the Washington State Radiologic Society. He serves on the Board of Regents for the American College of Nuclear Medicine, and also is one of seven delegates for Washington State to the American College of Radiology. He is the author of numerous publications …and has received several awards for teaching excellence.
