"If I can give a zero star I will!! My family's schedule is 10am. I got in first and patiently waited until 10:45am until the dentist came inside the room. Told me regarding my last visit was ___ and i have an approve bite x-ray 2 years ago that was not done. And from there, I asked her questions if the bite x-ray will be covered by my insurance since it was approved 2 years ago. She told me she don't know. She even told me if I will not have a bite x-ray my cleaning might not be covered by my insurance. That's why I asked her if I need to call my insurance first. I just went there for a cleaning and then she wants me to have a bite x-ray that might not be covered by my insurance. Is the bite x-ray really necessary for my dental cleaning? This dentist decline me of service just because I am asking questions that she cannot answer (that's her reason for declining me of service btw) about the procedure that she is recommending together with my cleaning. After that few questions regarding ...bite x-ray, cleaning coverage with my insurance. We were out in the clinic at 11am. One hour of my family's time wasted. My husband and my 2 other son didn't want to have the service done with this clinic because of that awful incident. Who would ever wanted? Called my insurance today to verify, and told me that if the bite x-ray is not necessary in the procedure it should not be done. Why should I have a bite x-ray if my only reason going to the dentist is just for cleaning. Wow!!! This dentist is a big joke!!! "Read more
