"I've been in pain and in need of an extraction. Scheduled everything properly and when I came in (after the initial numbing) he comes in saying a piece of equipment isn't working and he can't do the extraction. I understand that things happen that aren't in anyone's control, but he's telling me this with a smile on his face while I'm sitting here in excruciating pain. How unkind and inconsiderate. ..."
