"DONT EVER go to North suburban ED!!! I am completely disgusted with this unprofessional, rude, mannerless woman who treated my 18 month old son! This doctor should not be in practice or work with people period. She was the only doctor in the entire ED department and what should have been a one and a half hour test for flu/ rsv took four hours! I am a new mom and my son was born premature so his lungs were undeveloped and has been severely sick in the past with croup and other respiratory complications. When my husband and I took him in he had a fever of 105!!! She abruptly came in the room, barely looked my son over then had the audacity to tell me that the thermometer we had didn’t work right so she doubted his fever was as high as we told her when we took it 3 times even AFTER putting him in a cold bath. She then left because an ambulance arrived and said the results should be back in 45 min. 3 hours later at 4am she comes in and tells us rsv/ flu is negative but X-ray shows lungs inflamed, ...
there’s nothing she can do, so being a new mom I ask her questions about the X-ray and to please give me advice on what to do to avoid this getting worse and she BLEW up at my husband and I and said she had 20 other patients in the ED and she was the ONLY doctor then screamed at my husband and said he was rude when he had said nothing at all to her. All I wanted was advice because my baby has been sick for eight days and a fever that high is really scary for a new mom and I was trying to seek help for my son. Instead I got screamed at and told to come back when he’s on the verge of needing oxygen as she stomped off. On another note I told her I did not appreciate her poor bed side manner and that it wasn’t my fault she had 20 patients and was the only doctor and said yeah it is your fault! This woman doesn’t deserve to work in an Emergency department with sick people and I will make sure this doesn’t happen to any other parent wanting the best care for their child or any other patient that doesn’t deserve what I experienced. She’s absolute trash and I will have her fired. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
