"Didn't look at my scan that was readily available. Approved me for a wrongful counter-indicated surgical procedure that has irreversibly damaged my health. Incompetence at its worst dangerous form. Abuse of patient's trust..."

"In person, nice and gave me hope for my chronic full sinuses. After a scan that showed issues with my sinuses, she said they “misread” the scan and nothings wrong with me. Said I should see a neurologist. When I was confused and questioned that, she said stomach problems could cause “phantom post nasal drip”. Basically saying I’m making this up. Very disappointed with this experience. "
