"She missed my astigmatism. It took me over a year to find and be able to afford a new eye doctor after I sent them a message asking them if they could be a bit kinder and told them in a message, not out loud, I waited til I came home to write them about the bad treatment. They then cancelled me. I tried to make another appointment months later, see if they would let me back for an appointment, but no. I live in a rural community and finding another eye doctor close to me was impossible. She cancelled me knowing I needed to come back. She said I had cataracts and but I should clean my car window to see if that makes a difference. I did that and it did not help. Did she miss the astigmatism? My new doctor did not. I told her how the headlight were like starbursts, that is when Dr. Kilgore mentioned the windshield. Well, the starbursts , according to my new eye doctor say it's my astigmatism.
