Dr. Edwards Formica

Dr.Edward J. Formica has been practicing Dentistry in Hemet since 1990.   Dr. Formica graduated from UCLA in 1990.  His membershipsinclude Tri-County Dental Society, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Hemet Chamber of Commerce, Hemet/San Jacinto Exchange Club & The Hemet Hospital Board. Dr. Formica & his wife Chris have lived in the Hemet area since 1990 .  They are active in both their community and their church. The Formica's  have four children (2 boys and 2 girls.)
