"Dr. Edward Wakatake along with his accomplice and co-worker Nurse Practitioner : Elizabeth Hadland had been using my vulnerable little girl as their laboratory. Rat . Dr. Edward Wakatake who is the biological father of my little girl had fabricated the symptoms for my little girl who is the Patient for Nurse practitioner: Elizabeth Hadland, who has been violating the patient’s rights and without checking with my little girl first (her Patient) had proceeded to misdiagnosed and medicate her, and been forced to take those strong medications for years. Dr. Edward Wakatake is a threat to my vulnerable little girl and the community that he works for. His mental health and beliefs are questionable. Doctors are there to help Patients with their maladies not to fabricate them and hurt."

"Dr. Edward Wakataka along with his co-worker nurse practitioner : Elizabeth Hadland had both using my little girl as their lab. Rat . Dr. Edward wakatake had fabricated the symptoms for my little girl who was under the custody of her biological father, dr. Edward Wakatake and the Covington Multicare clinic , Nurse practitioner: Elizabeth Hadland who is the medical provider for my little girl and her accomplice of Dr. Edward Wakatake (her co-worker )had violated the Patient’s rights and without checking first with my little girl ( her patient ) had proceeded to mis-diagnosed and medicate my little girl with strong medications , that basically are drugging her. These two Multicare providers are a threaten to the community. Doctors are there to help patients with their maladies , not to use them as their laboratory rats. Not to mentioned that Dr, Edward Wakatake , who is the biological father of my child is part of a satanic cult and his satanic beliefs are getting in his way. "
