"This actually is not a review for Dr. Sattler but for his staff. I was a new patient trying to find my dental insurance # (I had misplaced it), and they must have come up to me 5 times in a 10 minute span asking for my information. When I filled it out to the best of my ability, I was verbally berated by the dental assistant for not putting the address. The hygienist or receptionist just stared at me. They then tried taking the piece of paper from my hands while I tried to find the address on my phone to fill out properly. Mind you, my appointment was for 3:30. I arrived at 3:17 and I stayed until they tried grabbing the paper from my hand at 3:38, so it wasn't as if I was so late that I was holding up the waiting room, which was entirely empty. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with this service. I recommend that if you want to be treated respectfully by a dentist and their staff you look elsewhere."
