Douglas P. Marinak, DDS
Dr. Marinak was born at Harrisburg Hospital and is a 1966 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School. He graduated from Bucknell University in 1970 and completed his dental school requirements in 1973 and graduated from Temple Dental School in 1974 after working as an instructor in the Crown and Bridge Clinic. He completed one-year residency training at Philadelphia General Hospital and served two years of active duty in the U. S. Navy before returning to the area in 1977 to begin private practice at 19 S. 22nd Street in Camp Hill.
His wife Rosa, has unselfishly dedicated her life to their 30-year-old daughter, Paula, who has Cerebral Palsy, helping her graduate from Cumberland Valley High School and Penn State with a 4.0 GPA in Journalism. The Commonwealth of PA currently employs Paula. His oldest daughter, Alison is a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
Dr. Marinak has held various offices in organized dentistry and is currently serving his third year of a 6-year term on the State Board of Dentistry.
