"Stephens refused to do indicated labs for being released from prison. So we said we would not be back as need a doctor that is willing to be a doctor. Stephens responded like an infant and cancelled all lab orders and doctor referrals and stormed out of the room. Betsy the office manager came in to discuss what happened. As soon as we got to discussing what Stephens did, he stormed in the room ..."
