"I contacted this office on 8/14/23 to schedule an appointment specifically for a general cleaning. The person that answered the phone appeared uninformed and had no idea about the cost. However, she placed me on hold and returned to the line stating that I could come in for a free consultation but prices are not provided over the phone. Conclusively, I shared that I had contacted other dental offices who gladly provided pricing for a general cleaning, x-ray, and exam, and I would not be interested in any dental practice that would not be willing to do the same, as this could potentially be a total waste of time (so much for looking for a Dentist of African descent). I genuinely hope that Dr. Diane Hines does good work for those who are comfortable with the aforementioned, but she may want to consider providing basic information for potential patients like me, that is if she is truly interested in accommodating prospective customers. "
