"We have been patients at St. Paul Eye Clinic for 35 years. Last year (2022) I had *gasp my first cataract surgery which I had performed by Dr. Derek Horkey. It went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better physician. Now, the other half needs both eyes done in 2023. We pay a lot of money in insurance premiums! No hesitation that those surgeries will be with Dr. D. Horkey, MD. His staff today was great, from check-in to techs.
