"I have been dealing with a rash that started on my hands and is now on my feet since May. The skin is now open and it looks horrible. Its embarrassing trying to shake someone's hand at an interview . I saw her a few times and each time she gave me cream and WILL NOT PROSCRIBE A STEROID . WHICH WOULD CLEAR IT UP - LIKE IT CLEARS UP POISON IVY THAT SPREADS. Instead - she took a piece of skin off my foot and sent it out to be biopsied. AND SAYS TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME CREAM THAT IS NOT WORKING !!!! I am going to ask to see a different doctor in the practice. "

"Stay away from this doctor. After over a year of her knowing what my skin condition is- and multiple treatments I still have no progress nor is it known what is causing it. I won’t share pictures now because it’s on my breasts. My last appointment they were supposed to authorize a skin check with my insurance because the doctor said I needed one. They didn’t. So I said since everything is the same there’s no changes I want my copay back & to get dressed and leave. (the doctor hadn’t even been in to see me nor did the nurse take any information) The nurse asked me why and I started crying because nothing had changed and there was no point to this appointment besides a paycheck for their office. So I started to get dressed. As I was still half undressed (but getting dressed to leave) the doctor came in and said oh don’t cry I just want to take a look. I said it’s exactly the same not even a little change. She insisted as I was crying and wouldn’t let me out until she looked. Money ...hungry doctors never help people’s best interests. They also voided all my refills on my existing skin meds saying I had to come in for an appointment for refills. So now I have a balance on my account for some testing that went through months after the fact and you better believe I have a bill for this last appointment that didn’t even happen. Do I get a lawyer over a $120 bill & pain and suffering? I guess I’ll talk to one and see if it’s worth it. At least there are multiple in the family so I wouldn’t be out of pocket much if anything. "After a doctor I loved moved from the area and left the practice, I was recommended to Mastromonaco at the same practice. I was so disappointed with her. I went to have something removed and during the first appointment, she treated it, told me it will require multiple treatments, and to reschedule in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, she says she won't treat it because it looks better, even though I insist that there has been no change. She tells me to come back in 6 weeks. I come back. She tries to tell me she won't treat it again and to go see a podiatrist. I argue with her that she's dragged me in, twice now, without treating it, wasting my time and money, when she said it would require multiple treatments. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do. We got to the point where she put some blister medication on the spot instead of actually treating it like she did the first time. I will never see her again. No personality, no bedside manner, and incredibly rude."
