"I understand why Dr. Murphy runs... - I understand why Dr. Murphy runs late, so I never mind waiting for her. She runs late because she always takes time to listen to her patients' health concerns, and she never rushes through appointments the way other doctors sometimes do. She's efficient and thorough. That's why she's been my doctor for years, and will remain my doctor as long as she's in practice. I usually hate waiting -- but I have no problem waiting for her. I'm 62, and she's the best doctor I've ever had."
