"25 years ago I took my then 5 year old son to Dr. Urion as he was displaying ticks. The doctor barely looked at him, told me there was nothing wrong with my son and then sent a letter to our pediatrician. Among the conditions he listed that he did not suspect my son had was Tourette’s Syndrome. I’d never heard of it but after reading about it I felt almost certain that he had TS. I sent a thoughtful letter to Dr. Urion explaining that I’d continued to see more ticks and I was afraid that he did indeed have something wrong. I concluded by saying I’d like to bring him back in again for further examination. I never heard a word from him. Nothing. Unfortunately my son was indeed diagnosed with TS by the chief of pediatric neurology at The Floating. "

"Dr. Urion saw our child, prescribed a medication which lead to severe sedation and emergency admission with dangerously low blood pressure, treated over the course of a day in the ED of another hospital. Urion did not return our calls for several days, then called three days later, was abrupt and borderline rude, and essentially took no responsibility. We never went back. I have since heard of another family who were also deeply dissatisfied. He may have impressive credentials, but the proof is in the pudding. Would definitely go elsewhere. "
