"I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior before in my life. Dr. David Thome threatened to call the police when I told him he is being condescending (even though he agreed and said yes he was) My daughter is 6 and has speech apraxia (speech disability) she was scared and when they took the x ray she cried and because of that he said she needs anesthesia, I told him she had a bad experience with that in the past and she is in pain now. Because I did not agree with his method he demanded I leave or he will call the cops. I went to the front desk and asked for her records and he came in yelling for me to leave and opened the door and told me he has 30 days to release her records. I told him she is in pain and does not have 30 days. My daughter is now traumatized and is crying non stop saying mean doctor! "

"My little O was feeling a bit nervous about her appt today. Mrs. Madison made her feel so safe and well cared for! She showed her all of the tools before she used them, gave them funny names and reassured her that she was being so brave! I also love how kid friendly the office is! Bright colors, kid level sinks, and wacky mirrors to look in during check out time! 10/10!!!

"My daughter has been twice. For 2 different cavities, one week apart. The first time was pleasant and went smoothly. Today was a different story with a different dentist. She first wanted to do xrays when she already had them. I had to point that out. Secondly, she had the hook in her mouth checking her teeth when she turned around to talk and hooked her lip. Then she was about to start with the shot after we clearly had just discussed getting gas. She also didn't use numbing cream like the previous dentist did the week before.

"Today my kids and I arrived to get their regular cleaning. Their temperatures were checked and the same questions was asked again. I explained that my kids have seasonal allergies and that their doctor just changed their medicine. Everything was okay until my 5 year old coughed a little in his arm and my 1 year old coughed from her waking up. Than the nurse was like we have to reschedule everyone’s appointment because someone is pregnant and your kids coughed. Like do they really think I would bring sick kids into the office that’s why I took them to doctor before. My kids don’t have Covid. We were asked to leave and reschedule but if my kids have seasonal allergies how am I suppose to schedule that? I loved the dentist office because they are really good with relaxing my kids and taking their time with them but today I felt discriminated against because of my kids allergies.

"My son was having severe tooth pain and they worked him into the schedule to have him seen as soon as possible. They took the best care of him and were so patient to his fear of the tools near his face. Every question I had was answered and I was given every possible outcome of my questions. I would recommend Salisbury Pediatric Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist for the kids over and over again.

"I have 7 child I bring to Salisbury Pediatric Dentistry. Ages 20 months to 17 years old. I really wish I had found them from the get go, we previously had a not so great pediatric dentist whom I felt with for years until I was recommended to Salisbury pediatric dentist. They are always super friendly and patient. They are extremely professional and remain professional throughout the entire visit so much that I trust them to take my children back without me if needed. I never have to worry about what my kids may hear or how they will be treated. My children love going here as well. They feel comfortable and safe. They get you in and out, no long periods of waiting. Salisbury Pediatric Dentistry is always the #1 on my list of recommendations.
