"I had the opportunity to witness David providing an office visit for my elderly father after a fall, and it was concerning. It was like watching a training video how NOT to provide aged-informed, compassionate care for the elderly. David was inappropriate - sarcastic, dismissive, and scolding. My dad is a vulnerable nearly 90 year old patient. He thanked me after that appointment for telling David that his near accusatory communication skills and lack of use of plain language would render his instructions ineffective. My father said he felt bullied and belittled by him at this and past years. "
