"I am a little bit baffled by the positive reviews. I did not find him to be friendly, concerned, caring, understanding, or patient. In fact, I felt that he was quite condescending, and seemed as though he was talking down to me when I asked questions. He did not seem to ask many questions, to get a thorough history. To me it seemed that he had made up his mind before he even walked through the door. I would not recommend anybody going to him. Our appointment was at 1:30, and we were called back at 2, and did not see him until 2:45. I work in healthcare, and that it’s always very frustrating for me to encounter health professionals that behave in such a way. I would recommend you seek somebody else that can at least treat you like a human being On the other hand, his staff seemed to be friendly and concerned."

"Top Notch!! I've been a patient for many years and finally had the Lasik procedure. What a great feeling! Dr. Krebs and the staff were amazing to work with. They took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. My family has been going to Envision Eyecare for many years and the friendly attitude is always a pleasure.
