"Misdiagnosed schizophrenic patient in jail. Was given diagnosis by mental hospital of patients schizophrenia but ignored it. Said that the person was not mentally ill. Caused devastation and lose of hope to the family as well as risk to the community for which her arrest happened. Sickening l."
