"Terrible experience.I’m a mom of 4, so this isn’t my first rodeo. Took my baby to urgent care and unfortunately this was the doctor on call. Doctor laid my baby down on the exam table to look in his ears when I told him I suspected an ear infection. He took a plastic tool and told us there might be blood as he attempted to dig “wax” out of my baby’s ear. My baby was screaming and was shaking in pain. Finally I told him to stop. He then suggested we do an ear wash. I said no absolutely not. I told the doctor these were the exact same symptoms, along with my baby pulling at his ear, he’s had in the past when he has had an ear infection. and to please prescribe antibiotics. Doctor said no, said he couldn’t tell if my baby had an ear infection and in order to diagnose him, he needed to remove the dry wax. ??. I left with my poor sick baby. The next day took my child to his regular pediatrician, who did a quick exam and indeed confirmed my baby has an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. ...
Not sure what is up with this doctor but I would never ever bring any of my children back to this guy. "
