"I was amazed that I felt nothing, not even a prick or pressure, with the anesthetic Dr Chen gave. He and the assistant were very supportive of my claustrophobia issues and did the procedures without rubber dams, though I initially tried to use it. Despite my “issues” it was a very pleasant appointment replacing 5 old amalgam fillings with composites. "

"From your first call for an appointment (where you are warmly greeted by Miss Linda) to the wonderful staff (Patty, Kathy, Chris, I'm talking about you) culminating with the expert diagnosis and treatment plan with Dr. Chan you will never be better taken care of. They are clean, respectful, professional, careful to be sure you understand what they're doing and what the next steps in your treatment will be, kind and patient. Are you a 'fraidy cat,' there is no need to be here; 'old pro,' you'll be even more relaxed and confident than usual. I went in for a cracked crown that had resulted in deep infection in my jaw. I have had the offending tooth extracted, a bone graft, a tissue graft, I have moved into braces to fix my bite and am working towards an implant; from start to finish this is a 'one stop shop.' Dr. Chan is a perfectionist who will not stop until a mystery has been solved and a plan of attach has been put in place. I could not be happier and could not recommend them any more nor praise them enough! I only wish I'd found them 10 years ago ...
