"He is AMAZING and whoever gave him a 1 star is not truthful. He does his job so well and has a passion you don't find in all doctors. He loves his job and what he does for the community. He might not be perfect but no one is. Overall he is hardworking and has good ambition"

"I had Dr Carter for my cataract procedure on June the 9th and because some nurse didn't put the sheet on to secure my arms this man put me to sleep and then slipped fentanyl in on me after I told him I only wanted Propofol. But before he put me to sleep he had me scooting up to put my head into something. After I woke up I've been in hell now for 2 months I have numbness in both of my hands I reacted to the fentanyl. In my opinion he's a horrible doctor because I told him right before he put me to sleep I only want propofol he said how do you feel about narcotics I said I only want propofol. He disobeyed my wishes and did what he wanted to do after he had me put to sleep I have the same procedure in February they gave me enough propofol to relax me I was awake through the whole procedure and I got up and went home after it was over like nothing had ever happened. I would never let this man touch me again."
