Dr. Daniel Mesko is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee reconstruction. He is a clinical assistant professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a faculty member for McLaren Greater Lansing's orthopedic surgery residency program. He completed his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine followed by his residency at Cleveland Clinic. He further pursued his interest in Hip and Knee adult reconstructive surgery with a fellowship at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. His interests include techniques in minimally invasive surgery, robotics, outpatient total joints, and complex revision arthroplasty.

"Dr Mesko is awesome. I saw him after a knee surgery by a different surgeon which left me in triple the pain. Dr Mesko did a total knee replacement and everything from start to finish was explained thoroughly. The incision looks great and I can finally walk without pain. I’m now 5 weeks post op and at week four I had surpassed the goals he set for me in PT. I need both of my hips replaced and I don’t want anyone else as my surgeon. Picking a great surgeon is a must and thank goodness I found one. "
