"Horrendous ! NEVER have I been treated & talked down to like an obnoxious child!! They rush you they don’t listen to you, they think they know everything, and they do not give you enough of their time… I would not Recommend this place for a stray cat"

"Quite possibly the worst practice ever. Dr. Kessel is rude and arrogant and does not listen to the APNs in the office, let alone his patients. Front desk staff do not document communication in the chart, so no one ever seems to fully know what is going on - 2 calls to the office from Children's Hospital were not documented nor returned. Appointments are canceled without notice. Lab results routinely take 2 or more weeks to come back. Dr. Kessel's lack of patient care caused my young son a 2 day hospital stay and indescribable amounts of pain, for what we were told was an "easily diagnosable common childhood rash" that could have been treated at home with antibiotics had Dr. Kessel been willing to take a complete history, perform a thorough exam, and listen to the information provided to him. My 7 year old was admitted to the hospital and placed on IV antibiotics and pain medicine just 2 days after being seen the first time by Dr. Kessel. When we arrived for that first visit, his knees ...
were so blistered he could barely walk, yet we were sent home and told his situation was mild compared to what he had seen in other children. Unless you want to be condescended to, dismissed, or misdiagnosed, run far away from Dr. Kessel and his office. "
