"My son was referred to Dr. Gesek in August for a procedure. Dr. Gesek and the clinical staff were great, no issues there! However, they have questionable billing practices. I confirmed they were in network with my Blue Cross plan, paid the applicable copay, but they have sent me two bills for the full balance for this procedure. I confirmed with Blue Cross that they never received the claim. The billing dept rep I spoke with twice - assures me that the claim was submitted. Blue Cross doesn't have it. They are billing ME for the full balance. This is corrupt. "
