Formal & Continuing Education Dr. Brinegar received his dental degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He has received extensive education in both general and cosmetic dentistry. He also received the Quintessence Award for Excellence in Restorative Dentistry. In addition to his formal education, he continues to seek out advanced courses on dental technology and technique.
