"I will be filing ethics complaint with medical board. A person this lacking in ethics should not be in a helping profession. I went for annual wellness exam as new patient. Annual exam is 100% covered. After visit and bill, Dr office says they won’t code for annual exam because medical history was discussed. My insurer after talking to me and them said there is no reason to not bill it as annual exam ..."
