In addition, Dr. Moskowitz is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as in Facial Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the State Medical Society. Dr. Moskowitz is affiliated with White Plains Hospital Center.
