" I have complete confidence in Dr. Heath. My first visit was a couple of years ago. I was vey stiff in my neck, shoulders and lower back and out of alignment. Since then l feel so much more flexible and pain free. Every now and then l hurt myself and with one or two adjustments back running. I continue going in a maintenance schedule. I feel great and use no pain meds. Real Self-care."
