"Do not go here. I have been going here forever. Not anymore. I have always been a cash customer and the last time I went they told me $100 for the visit which I paid and $70 for the biopsy which was paid when I received my bill. However, evidently, my bill was for $425 not including the doctors visit of $100. They EXPRESSLY told me how much it was going to be and althoigh I signed an agreement to pay for services rendered I never authorized more than the visit and the biopsy. I would not have gone here if I knew they were going to charge me more. They may have also violated Florida's Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act which allows penalties and fines up to $10,000. I sent a letter explaining the facts but just got another bill today so let's see what happens. I was previously told to call the office manager at the Litz office and leave a message if she did not answer. She did not answer and I left a message and she never called me back. P.S. charges would be is because most dermatologist offices own their own labs and I didn't want to be thrown under the bus which is exactly what they did after expressly telling me the only other bill I would have to pay is the $70 for the biopsy. "

"New patient. Wait time 1hr 30 min. Doctor never introduced herself was in room no longer than 10 min. Did not do a thorough exam. Diagnosed psoriasis. Never moved from stool. Did not exam scalp. I was first time patient with scalp and skin issue. Gave two prescriptions, one costing $250 ( not filled ) other cream has done nothing! Very disappointed, as Bay Care Dermatology was highly recommended. They obviously overbook!! Waiting room was crowded."
