"Is it possible that the website was lucky to photograph Prokos one of the few times he smiled? First impression walking into the office was that my grandmothers' old, dusty basement was better looking. Okay, perhaps we shouldn't judge a book by its cover. When Prokos walked into the examination room, I felt that someone had left, that's how negative a personality I perceived. Aside from the lack of any bedside manner, he seemed to go through the check list roboticly. After my exam and blood test results, I always request a copy of all test and notes. Over a dozen entered records were blatantly inaccurate. I tried numerous times to have them corrected but the nasty office staff couldn't be bothered. Prokos never called back. What a colossal waste of my time. He should have retired a long time ago."
