"I would give Dr Federman less than 1, but that's not an option. I have not had a more abrasive, arrogant Doctor who is so full of himself. If you are looking for a physician who is has no compassion for families and the pain that they are going through, here's your guy. Condescending? Absolutely, but that occurs with the incompetent often times. I am not saying that I know he's incompetent, I don't know, I only suspect based on his need to be so aggressive in his communications. Of Note, despite this guys horrifying bedside manner, rudeness and social/interpersonal inadequacy, every other person that I have encountered at Kenmore Mercy has been a pleasure. Peggy, the nurse Administrator, was born to 'put out fires" and immediately attended to the concerns. Five stars to her."
