"Dr Collin Kitchell came highly recommended for our special needs son by a visiting nurse from United Healthcare. When I called, Cleveland Clinic answered and asked if the call was for an appointment or medical issue. I explained I wanted to make an appt for our son. Without going any further, she said that Dr. Kitchell is not accepting any new patients. "
